Since your product is not printed until after you place the order, it takes approximately 2-5 days for MOST products to print and then ship out. Then shipping for items coming from within the USA and being shipped to a USA address normally takes 2-6 days after printing and processing time. If you pay for expedited shipping, then shipping time will be faster but the processing and printing time will not be faster.
Most of the time, your order is shipped via USPS First Class Mail to save money and not have to raise our prices even higher to cover shipping since we offer free shipping to the US Mainland.
IF a product you ordered is shipped from China (very very few are), then processing and printing take about 2-5 days PLUS shipping can take 10-30 days on top of that. Each product page will tell you IF it is shipped from China. If you do not read the description and you did not want to wait that long, you cannot cancel the order nor can you get a refund because you did not read the product’s description and information provided for you to make your decision on whether you want a certain product or not. However, just know that the vast majority are printed and shipped from within the USA, but it is still up to YOU to read the product’s description to see if what you want to order is being shipped from the USA or China.
If something you order ships from China, please know that is ONLY because we are unable to source the same product from inside the USA. That is always our preference, we prefer giving our business to an American business and also of course shipping times are much faster if shipped from America, but for the rare product we cannot source here, we offer it to you, but the “cost” of that is longer shipping times, so you make your own decision as to whether you want to get your products that are shipped from China, knowing it will take a lot longer.
